Order Processing & Dispatch:

Most orders are dispatched on the same day or within 2–3 working days after payment is received. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery.

• UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail.
• International Orders: Shipped via the destination’s national postal service or UPS for some destinations. Additional delivery charges may apply for orders outside the UK.

Delays in Shipping:

On rare occasions, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we can only escalate the matter to the courier and must wait for their resolution before issuing any refunds or resending packages.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is misdirected, we will not refund the postage cost.
• If you request a reshipment, you will be required to pay for additional postage.
• If you choose to cancel the order after it is returned to us, we will only refund the product cost, excluding shipping fees.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items with a shrink wrap seal cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
