1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in saleable condition, meaning it must be free of marks, damage, or signs of use.
- If the item was shrink-wrapped, the seal must remain intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or tampered shrink-wrapped products.
If your item does not meet these criteria, we may decline the return.
2. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, we will not refund the original postage cost.
- If you would like the order to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay for the additional postage.
- If you choose to cancel the order after it is returned to us, we will only refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If denied, we will notify you of the reason and may return the item to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please email info@quwaco.com before sending the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- Your order number
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened shrink-wrapped products
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
