I bought this books, to get more self confidence,
I was passing by strong panick attacks and same time i was looking to imam Mufti Menk talking about i got curious so i decided to buy the books of duas, motivational book and the ninety-nine names. I find my not recover 100% still but way much better, connecting your feeling to the book! First thing for clear the panick attacks is bring the brain to other distractions like reading or writing, and when comes to reading and you read such beautiful things helps to heal you your soul from panick attacks and negativity.
For sure ill desire to get more books! 10 to 10
